Bianca is a Certified Practicing Conveyancer and one of the owners of //Adcocks.
With a strong family history in Real Estate, Bianca has carried on the family tradition and has inherited her fathers love of helping others with complex real estate dealings, in particular related party transactions and business settlements.
Kathy Stolinski C.P.C.

Having worked in radio for 14 years before starting a family and being a stay at home Mum, Kathy embarked on her Conveyancing career in 2002.Now, a Certified Practicing Conveyancer, Kathy has been with //Adcocks since 2004.
With a passion for land development Kathy’s are of expertise is working on both large, multi purpose developments as well as the smaller divisions. Kathy’s understanding of GST legislation and long term taxation implications means she works closely with our clients Accountants and Real Estate Agents to ensure the maximum benefit for our clients from each deal. Kathy also manages business sale and purchases including liquor and tobacco licenses.
Bree-Anne Sawford

Bree came to the Conveyancing profession in 2005 where she began working for Westpac Bank in their document preparation area. From Westpac Bree moved to Comm onwealth Bank and then onto one of Adelaide's top Conveyancing Legal Firms as a Mortgage Paralegal and finally as a Settlements Officer. After 5 years Bree decided being a Conveyancer was wat she wanted to do and began her studies.
Since 2009 Bree has worked for in Conveyancing and is nearly completed her Advanced Diploma in Conveyancing which will enable her to obtain her registration and licence. .
Bree joined the //Adcocks team in February 2011 and has taken over the commercial leasing department, where she manages and oversees all aspects of our clietns Commercial Leasing needs. Bree also manages residential sales and purchases, commercial property sales and purchases and private mortgages.
Mary Smith
Conveyancing Clerk
Mary has worked in the Conveyancing Profession since 1994, and through all of that time with //Adcock’s; initially part time while working at another SA Conveyancing Firm, and later that year, full time as she still is today.
As well as a vast experience with Residential settlements, Mary has had years of experience finalising settlements for interstate financial institutions and a managing Strata Title and Community Title Insurance for self managed groups. Mary also manages all foreign investor settlement files attending to their foreign investment review board approvals on their behalf.

Nectaria joined the //Adcocks team in November 2010. With over ten years experience working in a conveyancing office, Nectaria has a good alround knowledge of Conveyancing work and has fit in well with the //Adcocks way.
Nectaria manges the //Adcocks front of house as well as asisting Mary and Kathy with their files and attending settlement.
Robert Adcock

Afer returning from retirement for 18 months over 2009 / 2010 Robert has again entered the world of retirement from the day to day operation of the business. However, he remains an owner and continues to have an involvement in the business as a consultant; when his travels around Australia permit!
